Arc Developments
Looking to establish a development company providing design-led renovations, conversions and new builds, the brief from our client was a simple one. “Classic… with twist".
We proposed the name (concise, graceful and architectural) and designed this simple yet characterful identity and marque.
Badminton House
Our stylish identity for this school building and coach house conversion in the prestigious environs of Clifton in Bristol, took cues from the architectural detail of the building. Elegantly rendered and classically styled, the identity helped to pitch the development to customers with high expectations.
Charlecote
Because this 1950’s conversion retained features and styling of the period, we designed an identity that was inspired by the architectural magazines of the era.
Modernist, confident and pitched at a younger audience, the identity also featured a marque which was formed by the plan view of the roof. This styling and typography followed through into digital and print marketing collateral.
Holburne Park
A brand development campaign for a prestigious residential housing development which moved hearts and minds... and houses.
By establishing an engaging story of outdoor living, rural setting and treasured experiences our brand campaign communicated the way that the development would make a purchaser feel rather than simply describing the bricks and mortar. Location, location... emotion.
Distinct, impactful and effective, the campaign delivered a dramatic upturn in sales.
Parklife. This simple and beautifully executed brand statement provided an instantly recognisable headline around which we could tell the lifestyle story. Surprising and impactful applications, featuring carefully selected lifestyle imagery, established an identity for the development which we felt was key to the campaign's success.
This distinctly non-traditional positioning and styling defined Holburne Park in the marketplace and achieved instant results.
Fulford Green
This expansive residential development was planned for a greenfield site located between two large conurbations. Our naming, identity and support campaign/collateral needed to convey the natural aspects of the location, as well as supporting the sustainable and sympathetic design approach of the developer.
Our stylish and organic identity beautifully balanced the two aspects of quality design and build with sustainability and conservation.
